Meet the team

The team at SCC is highly unique as many of the staff have worked together since the company began in 2009. With a deep understanding of the industry, its people and an ingrained respect for conservation and sustainability, all have a genuine passion for what they do.

Andy Roberts

Andy grew up in Kenya, is a founder and Director of The Safari and Conservation Company. He was on the winning team that set the Guinness book of records for the most number of birds seen in 24 hours in 1986 with Terry Stephenson and John Fanshawe. A record which still holds today. Andy is a commercial pilot and has guided safaris around Kenya for over 30 years. With a good understanding of the country and the perils that face our wildlife, coupled with a strong sense of humour and a zest for life, going on safari with Andy is always an education as well as great fun.
