From your first chat with us, we’ll guide you through every step, taking the time to understand your preferences so we can craft a truly unique and unforgettable adventure in East Africa, tailored just for you.

Initial Consultation
The first step begins via email, phone, or our website form. We start by getting to know you and brainstorm how to tailor your Safari based on your budget, location preferences, length of stay, travel timings, desired activities, group size, and specific needs. This helps us craft a bespoke travel plan for an unforgettable safari.

Tailoring Your Trip
At this stage, we begin crafting your custom itinerary, exploring accommodation options, availability, and exciting extras like balloon rides, private guides, and helicopter excursions. We can hold your selected rooms for up to 14 days while you make your final decisions

Booking & Confirmation
At this point, all major decisions are finalised, and you’ll receive your confirmed itinerary and quotation. Once you're ready to proceed, we ask for a 30% deposit and will send guest profile forms to gather important details like dietary preferences, medical conditions, and flight information. The remaining balance will be due 8 weeks before your safari begins.

Pre-Departure Preperation
Now comes the exciting part! With just 8 weeks to go, we'll send you all the essential details for your safari. This includes a packing list, visa info and invitation letters, insurance cards, your detailed itinerary, and more.

Enjoy Your Safari
This is where the adventure truly begins! Once you're on safari, our team is available 24/7 for any questions or assistance. Whether it's a quick check-in or unexpected help, we're just a call or message away to make sure everything runs smoothly and stress-free.

Follow Up
After your return, we will reach out to hear all about your experience and if you opted into our 1+1=2 protect program, we will discuss where you’d like to direct your conservation contribution. We’ll send your donation and details to the chosen conservation project on your behalf, and once we receive feedback, we’ll share updates, photos, and a report from the project, showing how your contribution is making a difference.
